The location was AMAZING, putting us right in the heart of everything. Breakfast by Sandra was a delight. Her made-to-order meals started our days beautifully. I especially ADORED the complimentary bar. It felt so luxurious to have drinks whenever we wished.

I found the air conditioning a bit lacking in our room, making temperature control difficult.

the lift operated slowly, i found it somewhat inconvenient. the air conditioning unit made noticeable noise, it affected my sleep quality. the breakfast selection lacked variety, i hoped for more options.

This hotel is a gem. Breakfast included eggs cooked to order and that was a treat. The open bar was a real plus. I enjoyed relaxing in the lobby after my daily sightseeing. Staff help me with directions when I need it.

The lift was very slow. I sometimes took the stairs instead. It was not a major issue for me, though.

the location is good rooms are clean and stylish. the staff is amazing i love the 24hr drinks available the location is wonderful. i plan to come again as i love the area this hotel makes the trip so much better.

the air con or heater was not working in our room it was located on the second floor. it was hard to sleep in such a cold room the mattress was thin it was uncomfortable.
